Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Customized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.

  4. Once received, our team will inspect the product and process the refund/exchange within 7-10 business days.


3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Refund processing time: 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • If you do not see the refund in your account after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or style (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@goldauragems.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.

  • A replacement or full refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

  • GoldAuraGems is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
